| In 2008 we began our first ever capital campaign to raise money for the future home of Living Rock Church. The same year we purchased a farm on the western end of Norwood Young America. By the summer of 2008 we began to use the space for various events from outdoor services to picnics to meetings and even started a community garden there. By the end of that year we moved our offices into the existing house on the property and we have excitedly been making it more like home ever since. We have now hired an architect who will be working with us to design our future facilities. Other projects we've been working on around the farm include enlarging the gravel parking area and making improvements on the house to bring it up to code. |
